A professional website for a business ready to be taken seriously.
For SMEs, professional services and growing companies that need a proper business website without moving into a fully bespoke build. The site is structured around what customers need to know before they decide to get in touch.

One-time fee for the defined Business Essential scope.
Pages selected around the business, services and customer journey.
Typical delivery once content, assets and access are ready.
Reasonable refinements within the agreed website direction.
Technical support for implementation-related issues after launch.
When the business needs more than a page, but not a fully bespoke web project.
This package suits companies that need a proper online home for their brand, services and business information. It gives customers enough context to understand the company before they call, message or request a quotation.
Small & Medium Businesses
A credible company website for businesses that have outgrown a social-only presence or a basic starter site.
Professional Services
Present services, expertise and company information in a way that feels organised and dependable.
B2B Companies
Give decision-makers a useful overview of your capabilities before the first sales conversation.
Local Businesses
Help customers check the company, services and contact details before they visit or enquire.
New & Growing Companies
Build a more stable digital foundation that can be expanded as the business develops.
Website Replacements
Replace an outdated or poorly structured website with a cleaner, easier-to-manage business site.
Your website should help customers understand the business before they contact you.
People often visit a company website to answer practical questions: Is this business credible? Do they provide what I need? Can I understand their services without making a call first?
Business Essential is arranged around those questions. The aim is not to fill eight pages. It is to give the business enough structure to explain itself properly.
A flexible website structure built around the business.
Every business does not need the same eight pages. We establish the core pages first, then use the remaining page allowance where it adds useful information for customers.

A strong framework, customised around your brand and business.
Business Essential uses a premium website framework or proven development foundation. We then adapt the structure, typography, navigation, page styling and content presentation around the client’s brand and business requirements.
It is a practical middle ground: more considered than a generic template setup, without the time and cost of designing a bespoke interface system from a blank canvas.
What is included in the RM3,500 package.
The base scope is deliberately clear. Requirements outside it can still be added, but they are quoted separately rather than being folded into the package without explanation.

Essential Care
What counts as one minor content change?
One small update to an existing element, such as changing one text block, replacing one image, updating one CTA or link, changing one price or service detail, updating one business detail, or making one simple adjustment to an existing form field.
New pages, new sections, redesign work, substantial content production and new functionality are outside the allowance. Unused monthly changes do not roll over.
Some requirements belong in a different project scope.
Clear boundaries make the package easier to compare and reduce surprises once the project has started.
Your website should remain a business asset after the project ends.
The intended handover model is straightforward. The website, domain and relevant account access are configured so that the client is not unnecessarily locked into an agency relationship.
Where premium software or agency licences are used, the applicable licence arrangement is identified separately.
Domain
Registered for the client.
Website
The completed website is handed over according to the agreed scope.
CMS
Administrative access is provided where supported by the selected platform.
Analytics
Relevant GA4 access is provided where configured.
Search Console
Google Search Console access is provided where configured.
Third-party Tools
Some premium tools may require a client-owned subscription if Cloudaxxe service or maintenance ends.

Your website should make the business easier to understand, not harder.
Tell us about your company, services and what customers need to understand before they contact you. We will confirm whether Business Essential fits the project or whether a more advanced website package would make more sense.
